Grey Knight Showcase and Introduction (Pics of all the New Models)

Now that we know they are here, I figured it was time to take a closer look at the new models being released in this first wave. Also, just who are the Grey Knights? If you don't know, keep on reading and take a look at the pics below.

GW also today re-released many inquisitors and other models that had been missing. Definetly check out the Games Workshop site to see what is back. Anyhow, here is the new model line that is just out.

The Grey Knights are the most mysterious of all the Imperium's many organisations. Utterly incorruptible, they are armed with the best weapons and equipment that Mankind has to offer. Above all, they are humanity's last line of defence against the darkness of Chaos.

For those of you who don't know much about Grey Knights (those who do are probably all at the checkout now anyway), here's a brief intro. Back when Warhammer 40,000 was still a wee young game system, the Grey Knights were introduced as the ultimate weapon against the forces of Chaos. They are Daemon hunters. Their mission: to protect humanity from the evil of the Warp. There are few warriors in the galaxy with the purity and strength of mind of a Grey Knight Space Marine, and fewer still that have access to comparable equipment and armour. In short, they are the elite of the elite of the elite and there are only 1,000 of them in the entire universe.Which is more than enough to slap a horde of Daemons off your planet...
